You need to avoid megadoses, especially right after training, when signaling ROS matter. It is better to take antioxidants 1\u20132 hours before training or separately from it, and to use breaks. And do not chase an \u201cantioxidant buzz\u201d by swallowing a dozen caps of every radical-fighting supplement you can find.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"12134sy\" data-start=\"4579\" data-end=\"4643\">Which AAS require a special supplement and antioxidant stack?<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/poznayu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/halotestin.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4645\" data-end=\"4882\">Not all steroids are equally toxic. Add potassium and magnesium to help prevent cramping, plus blood pressure monitoring.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10y2fap\" data-start=\"5303\" data-end=\"5702\"><a href=\"https:\/\/poznayu.com\/en\/oxymetholone-anadrol-in-bodybuilding-complete-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Oxymetholone (Anadrol) in Bodybuilding: Complete Guide\">Oxymetholone (Anadrol)<\/a> \u2014 a powerful oral steroid known for liver toxicity and increased erythropoiesis. It calls for: NAC (1200\u20131800 mg\/day), silymarin (milk thistle, 500\u20131000 mg\/day), vitamin E (400 IU, no higher), and astaxanthin (12\u201324 mg\/day) to protect the liver and reduce lipid oxidation. Berberine is also useful for glucose control, since oxymetholone can worsen insulin sensitivity.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8qv065\" data-start=\"5704\" data-end=\"6175\"><strong data-start=\"5707\" data-end=\"5738\">Nandrolone (Deca-Durabolin)<\/strong> \u2014 less hepatotoxic, but it strongly affects prolactin and progesterone receptors and can contribute to fatty liver disease during long cycles. The focus here is joint and vascular support. Supplements: glucosamine + chondroitin (1500\/1200 mg), omega-3s (3 g EPA+DHA), vitamin D3 (2000\u20135000 IU), and magnesium (400 mg). Antioxidants should stay basic, without going overboard, with an emphasis on coenzyme Q10 (200 mg\/day) for the heart.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1r20dh1\" data-start=\"6177\" data-end=\"6538\"><strong data-start=\"6180\" data-end=\"6205\">Stanozolol (Winstrol)<\/strong> \u2014 causes dry joints and raises LDL while lowering HDL. It needs lipid and connective-tissue support. Prolactin and estradiol must be monitored because of its strong progestogenic activity. The cycle should not last longer than 3\u20134 weeks.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tpr7d8\" data-start=\"6953\" data-end=\"7308\"><strong data-start=\"6956\" data-end=\"6989\">Halotestin (fluoxymesterone).<\/strong> An extremely liver-toxic oral drug, based on my experience, and also known for harming the lipid profile and the cardiovascular system. Aggressive liver support is required: NAC (1200\u20131800 mg\/day) and silymarin. Omega-3s (3\u20134 g EPA\/DHA) and coenzyme Q10 (200\u2013300 mg\/day) are critical for heart and vascular protection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"7310\" data-end=\"7576\">Of course, these are only guidelines. The ideal plan is individualized based on your cycle, dose, duration, and overall health. But the general rule is this: do not skimp on support, but do not turn supplement use into a homemade 20-bottle \u201cchemotherapy\u201d experiment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7578\" data-end=\"7638\">It is better to run labs after a month and adjust the doses.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"8dtpi\" data-start=\"7640\" data-end=\"7653\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7655\" data-end=\"7761\">Antioxidants and supplements are important helpers on an AAS cycle, but they need to be used thoughtfully.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7763\" data-end=\"7857\">Too much vitamin C and E can blunt hypertrophy, and different steroids need different support.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7859\" data-end=\"8046\">Stick to moderate doses, separate antioxidants from training when needed, and keep an eye on your health with lab work.
